Arthur T. Doglione, President and Senior Managing Director

As President of Alpha Fiduciary generational wealth management, Art has assembled a team of top tier people at Alpha Fiduciary to execute on its mission of helping clients achieve their optimum financial life through prudent planning and the deployment of its Modified Endowment Strategies.

Arthur is an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience working with high net worth clients. He has an extensive background in wealth management with particular expertise in portfolio management. Prior to establishing Alpha Fiduciary,  Art was a Senior Vice President with Merrill Lynch where prior to leaving in November, 2006 had built his practice to be the largest of Merrill Lynch’s Arizona territory.

Arthur founded Alpha Fiduciary which serves its clients as a fee only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Alpha Fiduciary has responsibility to the client, i.e. We only serve one master!

In cooperation with some of the most successful institutional investors in the world, Arthur pioneered the development of Alpha Fiduciaries’ Modified Endowment Strategies of investing. The modified endowment strategies serve as the platform basis for which Alpha Fiduciary has been successful in helping its clients achieve superior returns with lower total volatility.

 

Michael L. Shea

Michael L. Shea,  Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director

Michael’s over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry includes managing the Southwest territory as Regional Vice President for Western National Life charged with overseeing all new business and marketing in the bank and broker dealer channels. As Vice President of Sales for Optimum Investment Advisors he was responsible for the San Francisco office, managing the West Coast Territory and raising assets through custodial and broker dealer distribution channels and institutionally with OIA’s turnkey wealth management and separately managed account solutions.

He joined Alpha Fiduciary in 2009 as Sr. Vice President in charge of Business Development and is responsible for strategic planning, marketing, and managing institutional distribution channels and relationships. He is focused on developing strategies, identifying market opportunities, and driving adoption of Alpha Fiduciary’s Global Tactical Multi Asset Class Strategies. Michael leads all marketing efforts focusing on building brand and product awareness. Michael is a member of the Investment Policy Committee.

Michael has a bachelor of arts in English Literature from Arizona State University , studied Dramatic Literature at the University of London in England and Spanish at Universidad de Andres Bello in Santiago Chile. Mike holds FINRA series 65 & 7 and Life & Health Insurance licenses.
Michael is an avid golfer and rock climber.

 

Greg Stott

Greg Stott, Portfolio Manager and Managing Director

Greg brings a unique skill set to Alpha Fiduciary and has spent the last fifteen years in the financial services industry managing money for wealthy individuals, pensions and profit sharing plans.  Greg has had the unique opportunity to work for one of the nation’s largest wall street firm, an international bank and a private boutique investment firm. The experience of those three firms has given Greg a broad perspective of investment options and strategies.

Greg spends the majority of his time working with wealthy individuals understanding their financial needs and creating investment strategies to meet their lifestyle.  As a member of multiple investment committee’s, Greg has been influential in creating investment strategies for his prior firm as well as private foundations, profit sharing plans and pension plans.

Greg’s background in quantitative research will be an asset as he evaluates investment opportunities for Alpha Fiduciary and our client’s.

Greg holds a bachelor’s in science from Brigham Young University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Alan Gelman

Alan Gelman, Investment Consultant

Alan brings over 25 years of experience to the financial services industry, which has included a long tenure with Charles Schwab & Co., where he served the last ten years having managed the wealth of high net worth families in a Private Client environment. He also served as a Manager of a Fixed Income Group, and as Manager of a Retail Branch Office in Northern California.

Alan joined Alpha Fiduciary in 2011 as Investment Consultant and is responsible for helping clients in developing and maintaining effective portfolios along Alpha Fiduciary’s Global, Tactical, Multi Assets Class Strategies. Alan is a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Alan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Movement Studies from San Francisco State University, and holds FINRA series 7, 9, 10, 65 & 66 licenses.

Alan enjoys running and golfing.

 

Kristina Sidelnikova

Kristina Sidelnikova, Client Associate

Kristina graduated from University of Business and Management in Russia. After graduating Kristina worked as a Journalist and then later as an Executive Assistant in one of the biggest European companies in Moscow. Her passion for traveling and photography brought her to San Francisco where she worked as a Photographer and Studio Manager.

Kristina has joined Alpha Fiduciary as Client Associate managing all aspects of administrative details for clients and portfolio managers. Kristina also coordinates any administrative actions taken on behalf of our clients with their CPA’s, attorneys, or other business professionals.

 

 

 

 

Aaron Hail

Aaron Hail, Financial Planning Associate

Aaron has a B.B.A from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He is an Investment Advisor Representative and a licensed insurance agent for Life, Accident & Health, plus Property and Casualty. He has been in the financial services industry since 2005.

Aaron’s training and experience helped him gain extensive knowledge in the areas of preservation and distribution of wealth, retirement planning techniques, reducing financial risk, lowering taxes and protecting assets from catastrophic illness. His primary goal is to provide a safe and effective way for his clients to protect and preserve their estates while helping them to get the best returns on their investments. He accomplishes this through a blend of financial services that are tailored to each client’s specific financial needs.

 

 

George Wislar

George B. Wislar, Investment Committee Member

George is an outside consultant Investment Committee Member at Alpha Fiduciary. George is an industry veteran offering more than 20 years experience working with high net worth clients. He has an extensive background in wealth management with particular expertise in portfolio construction, life coaching and financial planning.

George was a Senior Managing Director with US Fiduciary, LP and a Senior Vice President with UBS Financial Services, Inc.

 

 

 

 

 

Jay P. Batcha

Jay P. Batcha, CIMA, Investment Committee Member

Jay brings over 24 years of wealth advisory experience to his role as outside consultant Investment Committee Member at Alpha Fiduciary.  Jay directed the Global Wealth Management Group presence in Northern Michigan for Morgan Stanley, where he specialized in delivering risk reduction, wealth management and intergenerational and succession planning solutions to high net worth and institutional clients.

Jay earned a Certificate Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) from the Wharton School and holds several professional licenses.
